1. Agreement to terms
These Terms & Conditions (“terms”) govern an organization’s (“customer”, “you”) access to and use of the EvoqHR platform provided by TechIntact Pvt. Ltd.. By creating an organization account or accepting an invitation to one, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.
2. The service
EvoqHR is a multi-tenant, white-labeled HR management platform covering employee records, attendance, leave, payroll, recruitment, and project timesheets. We may add, change, or discontinue features from time to time.
3. Accounts & access
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided during sign-up.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity under your organization’s account.
- Your organization controls which of its users have access, and to what data, through role-based permissions.
4. Customer data
You retain ownership of all data you or your employees submit to the platform (“customer data”). You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of customer data, and for having the necessary rights to process your employees’ data through the platform. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Fees & billing
Where the platform is offered on a paid plan, applicable fees, billing cycle, and payment terms will be communicated at sign-up or in a separate order form. Refund and cancellation terms are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use the platform to store or process unlawful content.
- Do not attempt to breach, disable, or circumvent security or access controls.
- Do not use the platform in a way that could disrupt service for other organizations on the platform.
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, or where required by law. You may stop using the platform at any time; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens to your data and any refunds on cancellation.
8. Warranties & liability
The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TechIntact Pvt. Ltd. disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. See our Disclaimer for further detail.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above, and, where required, communicated to organization admins.
